Strategy Questionnaire

This questionnaire needs to be completed ASAP before the Strategy Call. If you’re unsure about answering any questions, don’t worry. We’ll be diving deeper into the questions and answers together during the strategy session.

It should take 15-20 minutes to complete. Please take your time and think these answers through.

1. Describe your business and what it does in one simple sentence (this will help your audience understand exactly what your business does in a really simple way).


2. Is there a unique story behind the name of the business?


3. What are your business goals?

4. What are your brand values? (These are the core values that your company believes in and stands for. They guide your brand story, actions, behaviour and decision-making).

5. Who is your ideal audience/customer that will buy your products/services? (Think about age, gender, personality, income, personality, hobbies etc.)

6. Why would your customers specifically pick YOUR service or product over your competitor? What makes you unique?

7. Who are your top 3 direct competitors?
